Just like last year, Arshad is the expert one, the one who is responsible making my baby gone bald. It is a tradition: bercukur at his early days..
Since I had another baby this year (we fail the family planning...!) I must really work hard to contribute time for my newborn, Fer who is only 15 months and time for my lovely Arshad. It is a tough one when I first think about it but thanked Allah Alhamdulillah since I managed to cope..I also putting my best effort to get myself back in track - working and becoming a super mama and super wifey...Life is wonderful isn't it??

Measles or chicken pox?
We always easily mess up with these two..measles and chicken pox. After watching MHI few days back, i recon that measles is the one that we only get once in life time while chicken pox can happen whenever we get the virus or lack of immune in our system. Measles is actually known as cacar air..the one yang spark out begin at the top of body and end at bottom. Air kelapa, the coconut water got nothing special to cure the bubbles and rashes but it do helps to cleanse ourbody..hmm somehow, bagus la jugak. . Age range of measles attack is normally early age, 3-7 yrs old but not to say it wouldnt attack out of that range. Anyway, it is very rarely to attack one at age above 30 since at that age we had already built strong immune in our system..
Babies up to the age of eight months usually do not get measles. They receive special cells from their mothers that protect them against the disease. A person who has had measles will never get the disease again.
FACTS from Internet source:
Encephalitis:I had brought Fer to get his chicken pox jab, the Varicella (chicken pox vaccine) that cost rm95 (according to KKM)..it is an optional vaccine but somehow highly recommended by most pediatrician. Tho chicken pox is common doesnt mean we can take for granted . the attack could also cause serious illness.
An infection of the brain that results in a high fever and swelling of the brain.
Koplik's spots:
Tiny white spots on a reddish bump on the inside of the mouth that are a characteristic marker for measles.
How to differentiate between Measles and Chicken Pox? From Yahoo! answer:
As a parent you should take note:
As I remember, chicken pox spreads on the body first while measles often effects the face first. Measles also turns brownish before disappearing (it's an actual rash) while chicken pox scab over first (as it's actually blisters). The real indicator, though is that measles causes crusting around the eyes and chicken pox doesn't.
The rash is different, but you should have a doctor check it to be sure. Measles also tends to have respiratory signs. It's important to have a doctor check this because measles is potentially dangerous - not to mention far more contagious.
